The City of Boynton Beach Recreation and Parks Department invites everyone to celebrate the beginning of fall at their annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 14 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Intracoastal Park, 2240 N. Federal Highway. Attendees of all ages will enjoy a pumpkin patch of activities ranging from contests, games, arts, crafts, hay rides, face painting and more!
This fun-filled afternoon will provide an opportunity for guests to win prizes through a scarecrow building contest, costume contest for ages 0-12, pumpkin decorating contest, bobbing for apples and pumpkin pie eating contest.
“We’ve been hard at work planning activities that will entertain all ages, including parents,” says Mary DeGraffenreidt, Events and Program Manager for the Recreation and Parks Department. “From photo opportunities to relay races to pumpkin bowling, there is an activity for everyone to enjoy!”
Children are encouraged to come in ready to play in their costumes! There is no cost to attend. Attendees are asked to bring their own pumpkins for a decorating contest. Vendors will be onsite with food and beverage options for purchase. The City of Boynton Beach Recreation & Parks Department programs and events are for everyone.
