Coordinated Health West Palm Beach has launched a Concierge Primary Care Family Medicine practice under the direction of Coordinated Health’s Chair of Primary Care, Ofer Shustik, MD. The practice is centrally located in West Palm Beach at 1411 N. Flagler Drive, Suite 7000.
Coordinated Health West Palm Beach is a Concierge Primary Care Family Medicine practice that offers enhanced individualized care by Dr. Shustik, a board-certified primary care physician who has more than 20 years of experience treating families. For the practice’s exclusive concierge members who pay an annual fee, that care will include personalized, unparalleled access to Dr. Shustik and his team. Coordinated Health West Palm Beach also accepts insurances and Medicare for concierge members. The new 1,600-square-foot office, centrally located on Flagler Drive near Good Samaritan Medical Center, is designed specifically for patient comfort in a state of the art facility.
“I’m truly excited to start this new chapter in my career, because concierge medicine allows me more time to focus on preventative care. I believe that when you spend adequate time with patients, you are able to really get to know all aspects of their lives, which is imperative to maintaining and improving the quality of life of an individual,” said Dr. Shustik, who graduated from Tel Aviv’s prestigious Sackler School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Luke’s Family Medicine Warren in New Jersey. “I strive to have a true and thorough understanding of my patient’s medical history and also their concerns, which allows me to tailor an individualized plan intended to prevent disease and allow for a healthier, happy and well- balanced life.”
Coordinated Health West Palm Beach will offer concierge services including:
Unparalleled access to Dr. Shustik via dedicated cell phone
Same-day appointments or within 24 hour appointments
Evening and weekend appointments by request
Global coordination of care while traveling
Multi-generational family care, ages 2 and up, with “one-stop” family visits that allow for parents and children to bundle appointments

Dr. Shustik began practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1997, focusing on family medicine with services ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. His patients are considered a part of his family, and he values these relationships as an integral part of his care philosophy.
“My patients are like family to me, I feel an exceptional level of responsibility for them and I deeply care about my responsibilities as their physician,” said Dr. Shustik. “I genuinely care about the well-being of my patients and I am excited to create wonderful new relationships with my patients here in West Palm Beach.”
