Eau Palm Beach’s “Angle Uncorked” dinner series to feature Napa and Sonoma wines

Happy Thanksgiving! At this time of year when everyone’s thoughts turn to amazing food, and even more amazing drinks, it’s the perfect week to talk about wonderful food coming our way all season long at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. Executive Chef Josh Thomsen, who trained with Thomas Keller at the famous French Laundry in Napa Valley, is excited to be presenting a series of four wine dinners featuring old and new friends from the Napa and Sonoma wine regions. His guests will include Cakebread owner Michael Cakebread, Tres Sabores owner/winemaker Julie Johnson, and Silver Oak winemaker Nate Weis.

 

The “Angle Uncorked” series begins with Hanzell wines on Wednesday, Dec. 9th. This five-course, prix fixe dinner will feature handcrafted Burgundian-style Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by Hanzell, presented by winemaker Michael McNeill.
