The Y Games take flight at YMCA the Palm Beaches

Calling all skateboarders, scooters, skaters, and BMXers! Got air? Don’t miss the Y Games at Oelsner Skate Park on Saturday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hosted by the YMCA of the Palm Beacheskids of all ages and abilities are encouraged to show off their skills and favorite tricks for a chance to win exciting prizes. The special guest judge will be Justin Jablonski, the YMCA’s celebrity skate pro.

Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary hot dogs, hamburgers, and cold drinks at the Y’s Member and Staff Appreciation Day cookout.

The inaugural event will also feature a preschool open house, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn about the Y’s practical, early education programs, which emphasize play and imagination, art and creativity, ensconced within a caring and nurturing environment. The curriculum also focuses on the nonprofit’s four core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring.
