All-Day Admission to the Palm Beach Zoo, Hot Buffet Breakfast, Private Animal Encounters, Egg Hunt, Meet ‘n’ Greet with the Easter Bunny, Complimentary Carousel Rides, Special Children’s Gifts, Craft Station, and many more Surprises! Pre-registration is required. The Forgotten Coast: Documentary of a Florida Wildlife Corridor expedition

March 12 & March 13: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

See stunning images of Florida wilderness and wildlife as you learn what threatens our native species in this expertly produced documentary. The filmmakers follow an expedition team from the Florida Wildlife Corridor as they hike, bike, and kayak 1000 miles from the Glades to the Gulf!  The movie runs just under and hour and will start at the top of each hour from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

We Care Kids Fair – Hosted by Parenting Plus Magazine

Saturday, March 5: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, March 6: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

It’s an event South Florida children look forward to every year, We Care Kids Fair at the Palm Beach Zoo! The annual event, presented by Parenting Plus Magazine provides kids with hands-on cultural and educational activities within the Zoo’s 23 acres of lush tropical habitat where more than 600 animals live.

 

Wings & Things – Toddler Workshop – Three & Four Year Old

Saturday, March 5, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Do birds have feathers or scales? Do snakes have fur? Come and explore the different ways that animals feel! The Palm Beach Zoo Education Department offers exciting workshops designed for children ages 2 to 4 years! Age-specific crafts and activities are designed to excite and intrigue your child. Workshops include up-close animal encounters, stories, song or game, crafts, and admission to the zoo. Workshops for 3 and 4 year olds include a snack. One adult is required to attend the program with children. Pre-registration is required.

 

Story Time at the Zoo: A Real Page Turner

This popular event will take place at the Zoo’s Conservation Station by the Safari Train and the Wildlife Carousel. Story Time at the Zoo is geared towards encouraging children to connect with wildlife through reading, and it is included in the cost of Zoo admission.

Roar & Snore Family Overnight

Ever wanted to stay overnight at the Zoo? Now you can! Join us for an evening featuring the Zoo’s big cats! Program includes a nocturnal zoo tour, up-close encounter with our animal ambassadors, themed activities and crafts, pizza and a continental breakfast. Must be age 6 or older to attend.
