Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), a sport of Hawaiian heritage, is quickly gaining wide popularity beyond the Pacific. An ancient form of surfing, Paddle Boarding emerged as a way for surfers to paddle longer distances in order to catch more waves in a set, as well as offering a better view of incoming sets.

More recently, though, the sport has spread to the masses who love the simplicity as well as the intense “core” workout. People are now using paddle boards to cross train, to spice up their yoga routines, and to tour bodies of water big and small.
