Palm Tran is hosting several summits throughout the county to get public comments that will help guide bus service changes in the future. The Route Performance Maximization (RPM) project seeks to utilize public feedback to create improved travel times, more direct bus service and an overall better customer experience.
More than a thousand surveys were received during the first phase of outreach for the project in May. Now, members of the public have the opportunity to share their opinions and ideas on specific proposals for all Palm Tran bus routes. Major service changes could be implemented as soon as this fall. Everyone is encouraged to share their comments at these summits:
