Today, Holly DressON NOT Holly DressOFF, author of #30DifferentMicrophonesIn30days, as well as the founder of the #PauseReflectMoveForward movement, brings us the twelfth edition of our continuing series, “Poetry with Purpose.“
Have you ever had to fight?
For what you believe is right?
Feel like you
Are fighting this fight by yourself?
Maybe feeling like there is too much to do?
The only way to do it
Push through it
Don’t give up
I know it’s tough
You fighting this battle is enough
What is meant to be
If you give up
Who will fight this fight for you?
It is up to you
To make a difference
So they won’t have to
Your intentions are pure
To have a plan
Build a solid foundation
I know you can!
Believe in yourself
I believe in you
Don’t give up
So, what word of encouragement means something special to you? Let us know, and you might be featured in a future post!
