Farm-to-table darling, MIA Kitchen & Bar will be hosting a spirited craft cocktail and culinary fête on Wednesday, May 30 at 7:30 p.m.

Guests will enjoy an interactive five-course prix fixe dinner presented by MIA’s executive chef Blake Malatesta complemented by fine bourbon and gin libations from FEW Spirits. The event’s special guest speaker is Aron Silverman of Samson & Surrey.

Spring in the Sunshine State menu:

Panacea pearl oysters, horseradish, lemon, and juniper
“Cucumber Fizz” featuring FEW gin, muddled cucumber, lemon syrup, and champagne

Smoked shrimp cakes, bacon planks, and rhubarb marmalade
“Strawberry Fields” featuring FEW rye bourbon, aperol, sweet vermouth, strawberry syrup, and bitters

Spring vegetable rangoon, soy, potato, and sour cream
“Ginger Lips” featuring FEW bourbon, mint, lemon-ginger syrup, and Cocchi Americano Rosa

Braised filet, cabbage strudel, and stock pot reduction
“Hot Rocks” featuring FEW bourbon, orgeat, almond liquor, habanero syrup, velvet falernum, and bitters

Sweet plantains, crepes, and spiced gin cream
“The Last Stand” featuring FEW gin, limoncello, crème de cocoa, and egg white
