#TastyThursday – Become a blue ribbon chef at the South Florida Fair

Show off your cooking skills by entering the 2018 South Florida Fair Culinary Arts Competition, sponsored by King Arthur Flour.

Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

All foods will be judged on appearance, texture, taste, and procedure. Recipe MUST accompany entry and MUST include entrant’s name. Juniors will be judged separately in all categories.

All judges are recognized local chefs, and judging will take place in private. Judging will begin at 12:00 p.m., and awards will be presented immediately following judging. Award time and place will be announced at registration.

All winning entries will be displayed in Building 5

Winners are invited to be onsite in Building 5 to share their recipes with the Fair visitors.
