In the modern world, where juicing anything and everything is the rule, this week’s yummilicious power smoothie is what Chef Zelicious enjoys 4 times a day during her 2 hour long hard, intense workout👌🏻😋


Kale and Spinach Smoothie



  • 1 Cup Fresh organic spinach
  • ½ Cup Fresh organic kale
  • ½ Organic cucumber
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Frozen organic banana
  • 1 Cup organic blueberries
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Cup coconut water
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium size ginger skin off
  • ½ Lime juice


Blend until smooth. Serve with a garnish of mint.
