Kale and Spinach Smoothie
- 1 Cup Fresh organic spinach
- ½ Cup Fresh organic kale
- ½ Organic cucumber
- ½ Avocado
- 1 Frozen organic banana
- 1 Cup organic blueberries
- ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Cup coconut water
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium size ginger skin off
- ½ Lime juice
Blend until smooth. Serve with a garnish of mint.
