#TastyThursday – Z Detox Lemon-Lime Drink

We all know how important it is to stay hydrated especially when trying to stay physically active and shed a few pounds.  (New Year’s Resolution?)

Try out the Detox Lemon-Lime Drink! It’s perfectly sweet and is accompanied with a little extra kick of cayenne pepper. Start your morning with it this week!

Ingredients:

lemon-juice-detox4 Cups distilled water½ Cup fresh lime juice

½ Cup fresh lemon juice

½ Teaspoon raw agave sweetener

1 Slice ginger

Teaspoon cayenne pepper

¾ Teaspoon orange blossom water or rosewater

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large glass container and mix well to combine drink.

Garnish with fresh mint leaf.
