After over indulging in turkey and all the trimmings last week at Thanksgiving, you might be looking for a way to get your innards back on track for a healthy holiday season.

2 cups of the milk of your choice (almond, coconut)
1 teaspoon fresh, peeled turmeric root, or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup coconut water
Pinch of black pepper (supports absorption of turmeric)
1 teaspoon fresh, peeled ginger root or ½ teaspoon ginger powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
2. Pour in a large mason jar and chill.
