Juicing has been a favorite of culinarians for a few years now. Many feel that drinking the juice of  fruits and vegetables is the best way to absorb all the nutrients from them.

Now, we’re not sure about all that, but this simple blend is guaranteed to help you recover from too much celebrating on the 4th of July!

Morning Boost Green Juice:

  • 1 Cucumbers
  • 4 Celery stalks
  • 2 Granny smith apples
  • 8 kale leaves with stalks
  • 1 Lemon or lime
  • 1 Inch ginger
  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
