Zainab’s skin glowing smoothie
1 lemon juiced
1⁄4 inch ginger
1⁄4 inch turmeric root
Combine all ingredient in your juicer.
2 cups lavender tea – cold
1⁄2 coconut water
1⁄2 Cup leafy greens- your choice
1⁄2 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 handful mint
Blend all ingredients with juice and ice in your high-speed blender and enjoy!
