#ThirstyTuesday – Holiday Cocktails by Stir Mixologist Prince Wayne (Pumpkin Pie Tini)

With the first crisp air of fall, thoughts are turning to turkey, stuffing, hot cocoa and all the yummiest highlights of the holiday season. Sometimes, even in our subtropical climate, you need something to warm you from the inside out. With this thought in mind, we bring you the first of our weekly holiday #ThirstyTuesday segments.



Pumpkin Pie Tini – $15

Crop Harvest Earth Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka, 1.5 oz.

Frangelico, .5 oz.

Pumpkin syrup, .5 oz.

Half and half, 1 oz.

Pumpkin puree, 3 teaspoons

-Rim martini glass with graham-based pie crust crumbles. Mix all ingredients and shake with ice, pour in the martini glass, then serve with whipped cream and pumpkin-spice and sugar crystals on top.
