West Palm Beach Food Tours introduces The Dixie Dining Corridor Food Tour

West Palm Beach Food Tours has launched their second food tour. The Dixie Dining Corridor Food Tour features locally owned restaurants on a three-hour driving tour which meanders through our historic neighborhoods.

“This is my neighborhood, and we’re excited to get visitors off the beaten tourist track and into the neighborhoods where we live, play and of course…EAT,” says Kristl Story, owner of West Palm Beach Food Tours. “So much of a neighborhood’s story can be told through food, and our restaurants have graciously embraced the food tour concept.”

Initially, tours are offered on Wednesdays, 2:45 – 5:45 with plans to expand in season. Stops include: Grandview Public Market, Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast, Grato, Cholo Soy Cocina, Havana and Basque. The variety of tastings help tell the story of West Palm Beach and guests can expect to be treated like VIP’s while they enjoy authentic Cuban food, taste fresh tropical flavors, meet award-winning chefs, discover the narrowest street in West Palm Beach and get a glimpse into our historic Spanish-style homes.

“What I love about West Palm Beach Food Tours is how they bring fresh faces into the market. To see new people coming through, bright-eyed, engaged, and excited about everything our vendors are doing, and the ambiance we’ve created, just adds even more joy to the overall experience!” — Kiira Leess, Community Director, Grandview Public Market
