Get your woof on at Riverwalk’s 12th Annual Mutts and Martinis

Break out the doggie sweater vests on Saturday, November 18th, 2017 and join Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale from 2 pm – 5 pm for the 12th Annual Riverwalk Mutts and Martinis™. This year, the Mutts and Martinis doggie digs will be at The Historic Downtowner located on the south side of the New River just east of the Andrews Avenue Bridge.

Good boys and good girls of all shapes, sizes, and breeds are invited and they can bring their well-behaved humans too! Four-legged fur friends can expect the famous doggie fashion show, a peanut butter eating contest, the Dogs of Fun Photography pupparazzi snapping shots, and more. Pet-themed vendors and a silent auction with exciting treats will line the event. Humans will also enjoy their own treats in the form of martinis and hors d’oeuvres while they jive to entertainment provided by Future Prezidents. Each ticket for admission includes two drink tickets and bites provided by The Downtowner. Feel free to extend your evening past 5 pm and stick around the Historic Downtowner for your own impromptu after pawty with Otis Cadillac.

If you like big mutts and you cannot lie, local rescue groups including Dog Scouts of America, Humane Society of Broward County, Bullies-N-Beyond, Saving Grace and Her Furry Friends, and Luv-a-Bull All Breed Rescue will have many doggos looking for their furever homes (they’ll have small mutts too). Even if you can’t add to your family right now, stop by for some cuddles and kisses. You won’t regret it.

This rain or shine event welcomes well-behaved pups and is family friendly. Tickets are available for purchase online for $20 and a portion of the proceeds of the event will be donated to local pet rescues. Admission for pets is FREE.

Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale thanks the following sponsors and partners for their support: Arbor Pet Hospital, Cricket Wireless, Fort Lauderdale Woman’s Club, Stephens Distributing, The Original Signman, Brothers Pet Nutrition, Ozarks Fehr Trade Originals, and Go Riverwalk Magazine.
